Make up

Cara Delevingne står för inspirationen av kvällens make. Lätt sotade ögon, mörka bryn och resten ganska naturellt. Ska dock tilläggas att jag inte är någon hejare på det här med smink. Men vi ska se vad jag kan lyckas åstadkomma. Hur svårt kan det vara liksom? Ha en bra kväll allesammans, så hörs vi nästa år!

Cara Delevingne is the inspiration for tonights makeup. Smokey eyes, dark eybrows and the rest quiet natural. Have to admit I’m not the hottest makeup-artist so we’ll see how it goes. On the other hand, how hard can it be? Have a great night everybody, I’ll talk to you next year!

Set about it

Dagarna innan jul gav jag mig själv en liten julklapp; en svart pälskrage och ett par matchande handskar. Har suktat efter ett par skinnhandskar med pälskant länge men inte hittat några som sett ut som önskat. Så nu tog jag tag i saken och fick dem gjorda precis som jag ville. Är jättenöjd med både handskar och krage. En bra julklapp.

A few days before Christmas I gave myself a little gift; a black fur collar and matching gloves. I’ve been looking for leather gloves with a fur lining for quite a while but haven’t found anything that looks the way I wanted it to. I set about it and had them tailored exactly the way I wanted. I’m very pleased with the result, both collar and gloves. A good Christmas gift.

Beautiful day

Vilken underbar dag va? Man kan inte tro att det är den 30 december. Men det är det! Idag har jag på mig jacka och stövlar från Acne, jeans from COS, skjorta från Stilson och solglasögonen är Tom Ford.

What a beautiful day! You wouldn’t guess it’s the 30th of December. But it is! Today I’m wearing boots and jacket from Acne, jeans from COS, shirt from Stilson and the sunnies are Tom Ford.

What I’ve become

De senaste dagarna har jag roat mig med att köpa julgranskulor. En av varje sort, inte mer. Det är ett nystartat projekt, flerårigt. Så småningom kommer jag ha en gran som inte är av denna värld. Så fin kommer den vara! Var och en av kulorna är speciella och har sin egen charm. Vissa glittrar, andra blänker. Jag ser skönheten i varje kula. Japp, jag har blivit en samlare. Det är okej att kalla mig det. Men nu tror jag att kulklanen ska få sluta växa för i år. Fortsätt ökning sker nästa år och nästa jul.

The last couple of days I’ve been amusing myself with buying christmas tree balls. One of each kind, not more. It’s a new project that will be on for several years. At least that’s the plan. Eventually I’ll have a Christmas tree that is not of this world. It’s going to be the prettiest! Each and every of the Christmas tree balls are special and has it’s own charm. Some of them are sparkly, some of them shiny. I see the beauty in all of them. Yes, I’ve become a collector. It’s okay to call me that. But I think it’s enough of balls for this year. My Christmas tree ball clan will continue to grow next year and next winter.

At sale

Reorna är igång, främst bland budgetkedjorna. Många av designermärkena väljer att hålla på det ett litet tag till. Men en del fina saker finns det! Här är några av mina för närvarande favoritreaspan.

Acne Resort Jeans

Jeansfavoriter från Acne Resort. Testade byxorna igår, de var fina och jag gillar dem. Men ska nog tänka på dem ett tag. Kanske kan lyckas "blogga av" mig dem. Det vore schyst mot plånboken, inte för att det är någon jättesumma det rör sig om, men ändå. För mycket för att inte vara säker på.

Jeans favorites from Acne Resort. I tried the pants on yesterday. I like them, a lot. But I've decided to think about them for a while. Maybe blogging about them will make me want them less. That would be good to my wallet, not because it’s a huge amount of money, but anyway. Too much to not be sure about.

Falsies

Både jobbigt att sätta på och att ha på sig (förmodligen en vanesak). Men effektfullt är det, utan tvekan! 

They were tricky to put on and not the most comfortable thing wearing (probably at matter of habit). But the result is striking and eye-catching! No doubt.   

Grey and gold

Jag fullkomligt älskar kombinationen av guld och grått. Så fint!

I absolutely love the combination of gold and gray. So pretty!

Gymkortet är införskaffat. Efter julfirandet skall jag försöka komma igång med träning igen (verkligen på tiden). Gympadojorna ovan införskaffades i New York och är redan favoriter, även om de inte kommit till så jättestor användning...ännu.

Skulle vilja ha en liten enkel axelbandsväska som bara rymmer det mest nödvändiga. Tycker att Ona från Whyred är rätt perfekt i det syftet. 

I’d like a small and simple shoulder bag, just to carry the most necessary stuff in. I like this one from Whyred. The name of the model is Ona.

Christmas vacation

Nu har jag gått på jullov. Känns bra! Blir snart en tur in till stan för lite sista minuten handling och julmys. Har på mig jeans från COS, väska från Zara, skor från Acne och pälsen är vintage. 

So, Christmas vacation has officially started. Feels good! I’m going into town in a couple of hours for some last minute shopping and a late coffee. Wearing jeans from COS, bag from Zara, boots from Acne and a vintage fur. 

Wish - Dec 21th

Dagens önskning blir ju såklart pumpsen från Massimo Dutti.

Today’s wish are of course the court shoes from Massimo Dutti that I talked about. 

Almost forgot

Hade nästan glömt av den här toppen som jag köpte på H&M i höstats. Den är himla fin tycker jag! Efter skolan idag tog jag mig en tur till Göteborg för lite julshopping. Inhandlade bara det nödvändiga. Tycker det är så omotiverande att shoppa ur höst- och vinterkollektionerna till fullpris när man ser att det riggas upp för rea och att de inom bara ett par dagar kommer säljas på 50%. Hittade dock de perfekta svarta pumpsen på Massiomo Dutti, nyinkomna, men självklart var de slut i min storlek. Inget att hänga läpp för, förhoppningsvis kommer de in igen. Och imorgon går jag på jullov. Skönt!

I had almost forgot about this top that I bought at H&M this fall. A shame, since it's really cute! After school I took a short trip to Gothenburg for some Christmas shopping. I only bought the most necessary items. I find it very unmotivating to shop the fall and winter collections for full price when one can see that the preparations for sale is almost set and just knowing you will be able to buy those things for half the price in just a couple of days is annoying. I found the perfect black pumps though. They just arrived at Massimo Dutti. But of course they were allready sold out in my size. Nothing to be down in the mouth for. Hopefully they'll get back in stock soon. And tomorrow I'm off for winter break. Yay!
